Important change regarding your clients e-delivery preferences:
As part of the integration efforts between TD Ameritrade Institutional into Schwab Advisor Services (Schwab), TD is actively working to create consistencies between the two platforms. Beginning with the July 2022 statements, TD Ameritrade will require that our investment clients establish a user ID and password on the web or via mobile on AdvisorClient® and log in to maintain your enrollment in electronic delivery of statements, confirms, and any other communications. These changes will apply to existing and new accounts going forward.
What this means for your clients:
- There will be no impact to any of our TD clients who are currently enrolled in e-delivery and have logged into TD's AdvisorClient website
- TD alerted us that clients who are currently enrolled in e-delivery and have not established a user ID and password on the web or via mobile and logged into AdvisorClient by July 22, 2022, will have their e-delivery preferences changed to paper delivery beginning with their July 2022 statements that will be mailed in early August.
- If your delivery preference switches from electronic to paper, clients can easily re-enroll in electronic delivery by establishing a user ID and password in AdvisorClient.com and managing your electronic delivery preferences through the portal.
TD Ameritrade will be reaching out to impacted clients with this information on May 17, 2022, with reminders on June 9, 2022, June 22, 2022, and July 12, 2022.
Let us know if you need any help with logging onto your TD Ameritrade AdvisorClient webpage to update your e-delivery preferences.
